Nov 19–21 · Las Vegas Strip Circuit

Three nights on the Strip.None of them waiting for a car.

Vegas Grand Prix transportation, booked properly: the airport to your hotel, your hotel to the circuit every night, and a chauffeur already outside when you walk out at two in the morning. Held at the figure we agree — whatever the apps do on Saturday night.

Why a chauffeur

The race lasts about two hours. Getting there and home is the rest of the night.

Nobody who has done a race weekend in Las Vegas needs the problem explained. Here it is anyway, and what a car does about each one.

Vegas Grand Prix transportation has one hard problem: the Strip closes

The track is the road. Whole blocks shut for the weekend, hotel entrances move, and the two-minute walk you planned becomes forty minutes round a barrier. A chauffeur who has the closure map takes the way that is still open.

Everything finishes at once, after midnight

A night race ends near eleven and the entire city wants a car in the same twenty minutes. Yours is already waiting where it set you down, with a driver who has been watching the road since the last ten laps.

Saturday night is the worst surge of the year

Race night in Las Vegas is the single highest-demand hour an app sees all year, and the price goes where the demand goes. A booking made a fortnight out does not surge; it is the figure you agreed and nothing else.

What we do

Four ways to do the weekend

Pick the one that sounds like your weekend. If it is none of them, say so on the form and we will build it around the flights.

LAS · meet and greet

From Harry Reid

Flights are watched, so a delayed landing moves the pickup rather than losing it. Your chauffeur is inside the terminal with your name, and the luggage is their job — which matters more than usual in the one week the taxi line at LAS is measured in hours.

  • Flight tracked, waiting time included
  • Met inside the terminal, not at a kerb
  • Straight to the hotel door, closures and all

Thursday through Saturday

Hotel to the circuit, every night

Your hotel to the gate before each session and back whenever you are ready — three nights, or one. You are set down as close as the closures allow and collected from the same place, which on this weekend is worth more than it sounds.

  • Set down as close as the barriers allow
  • Collected where you were left
  • Book one night or all three

By the hour, all weekend

The car stays with you

The chauffeur and the vehicle are yours — the circuit at eight, dinner after the flag, a club at two, back to the hotel at five. Nothing to re-book between stops and nobody cancelling on you because the ride is short.

  • One chauffeur for the whole weekend
  • Change the plan without changing the booking
  • Four-hour minimum

Up to 14 in one vehicle

A company box, or a party

A Sprinter keeps a group together, which on a weekend of closed roads and moved entrances is the difference between arriving together and arriving over the course of an hour. Bigger parties go in a bus.

  • 14 in a Sprinter, 20 in a party bus
  • Luggage and kit room
  • One pickup point, one head count

The weekend

When to be where

So the pickup is booked against the session rather than against a guess. Tell us the day and we will work backwards from the traffic.

All times Pacific. Every session on this weekend runs after dark, which is the whole point of the place — and it means the traffic on the Strip is at its worst exactly when you need to be somewhere. Checked against the official Las Vegas Grand Prix timetable.

The fleet

The car that fits the party

Capacities are the real ones, not the brochure ones — a group of seven told an SUV would do is a group standing on a kerb on race night.

Larger parties are a party bus to twenty or a charter coach to fifty-five — tell us the head count and we will say which.

Reserve

Tell us the journey. We will send the car and the figure.
