Oct 22–25 · Circuit of the Americas

Four days in Austin.None of them behind the wheel.

Houston to the circuit and back, your hotel to the gates every morning, and a chauffeur already outside when you walk out. Booked now, held at the figure we agree — whatever the apps do on Sunday night.

Why a chauffeur

The race lasts about two hours. Getting there and home is the rest of the day.

Nobody who has done a race weekend at this circuit needs the problem explained. Here it is anyway, and what a car does about each one.

The car park is not at the gate

General parking sits a shuttle ride from the grandstands, and the good lots are spoken for early. A chauffeur drops you at the drop-off and leaves — no lot, no shuttle, no walk back in the dark.

Leaving takes longer than the race

Everyone who came on Sunday goes home within the same hour, down the same two roads. Your car is already waiting where it left you, and the chauffeur has been watching the road for an hour before you reach it.

Sunday night is when an app costs the most

Surge is worst exactly when a hundred thousand people want a car at once, and a booking made three days out does not surge. Yours is held at the figure you agreed, whatever the app is doing.

What we do

Four ways to do the weekend

Pick the one that sounds like your weekend. If it is none of them, say so on the form and we will build it around the flights.

About 165 miles each way

Houston to Austin, and back

Collected from your door in Houston and driven to Austin — two and a half to three hours on an ordinary day, and we leave early enough that race Sunday is not an ordinary day. The same chauffeur brings you home.

  • Door to door, both ends
  • Wi-Fi, water and room to work or sleep
  • One flat figure, agreed before you book

Thursday through Sunday

Hotel to the circuit, every day

Downtown Austin to the circuit in the morning and back when you are ready, for as many of the four days as you want it. You are set down at the gates and collected from the same place.

  • Dropped at the gate, not at a field
  • Collected where you were left
  • Book one day or all four

From the airport

Flights are watched, so a delayed landing moves the pickup rather than losing it. Your chauffeur is inside the terminal with your name, and the luggage is their job.

  • Flight tracked, waiting time included
  • Meet and greet inside the terminal
  • Austin, Houston Intercontinental or Hobby

By the hour, all weekend

The car stays with you

The chauffeur and the vehicle are yours for the day — the circuit in the afternoon, dinner on Rainey Street, back to the hotel at two in the morning. Nothing to re-book between stops.

  • One chauffeur for the whole weekend
  • Change the plan without changing the booking
  • Four-hour minimum

The fleet

The car that fits the party

Capacities are the real ones, not the brochure ones — a group of seven told an SUV would do is a group standing on a kerb on race morning.

Larger parties are a party bus to twenty or a charter coach to fifty-five — tell us the head count and we will say which.
